Fulfilment of orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order. Performance Merchandising Ltd is under no obligation to fulfil your order by virtue of acceptance of your order request or your credit card details, but will in such circumstances give a full refund.

Prices quoted are in pounds sterling. Prices quoted do not include delivery charges where applicable. Performance Merchandising Ltd reserves the right to change prices prior to acceptance of orders. Payment maybe made using all major credit cards. Performance Merchandising Ltd reserve the right to refuse any card tendered for payment in its absolute discretion. Every reasonable effort will be made to keep payment details secure.

Orders received before 1200hrs (Monday to Friday) will normally be despatched that day, and you will be informed of delays of which we may be aware. Deliveries will be made to the address specified on despatch documentation and not to the addressee in person. The person accepting delivery at the address must sign an acknowledgement receipt. If delivery is refused at the despatch address, Performance Merchandising Ltd reserves the right to return the goods to our couriers premises until we receive further instructions from you. If you are in any way dissatisfied with any item/items that you have ordered and provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in original condition (eg packaging & boxes wherever possible within 28 days we will immediately refund the purchase price of the item/s using the same method as your original payment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable. ) You can cancel your order at any time provided that your order has not been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service Line for more information. If your order has been dispatched, please return for a full refund on receipt of goods. Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.

If, when your order arrives, it has been damaged in transit or it appears faulty, please return the item/items to us and we will, subject to availability, replace the item/items immediately upon receipt. If stock is unavailable we will refund the full purchase price.

In situations when online shop customers are offered a promotion whilst shopping online, the following policy for refunds and exchanges will be in place. Promotional offerings will run only for a limited time. In a refund situation, the customer will be refunded for the actual amount paid. If still within the promotional period an exchange may occur using the discounted rate. If outside the period and the exchange is for a different product and a different price, the exchange difference will be the discounted price and the full retail price of the exchanged product.
